Among his many profound teachings, the saying "Live and work with an altruistic heart" deeply resonated with all participants and sparked meaningful reflection.

During the sharing session, Karen brought this philosophy vividly to life through a real example. In one client meeting, instead of beginning with a typical product pitch, she chose to listen quietly and attentively to the client's deeper concerns. Through patient communication, she discovered that the client's true worry was not about pricing, but about the long-term reliability and maintenance of the equipment.
