Recently, the 3S Book Club successfully concluded its October session. This month's discussion centered on the timeless wisdom of Kazuo Inamori - the legendary entrepreneur and philosopher behind Kyocera, KDDI, and Japan Airlines - as we delved deep into his Living Philosophy. Among his many profound teachings, the saying "Live and work with an altruistic heart" deeply resonated with all participants and sparked meaningful reflection.

During the sharing session, Karen brought this philosophy vividly to life through a real example. In one client meeting, instead of beginning with a typical product pitch, she chose to listen quietly and attentively to the client's deeper concerns. Through patient communication, she discovered that the client's true worry was not about pricing, but about the long-term reliability and maintenance of the equipment.

After the meeting, Karen immediately returned to the office and convened the after-sales service team to develop a customized "Pre-Assurance Plan" - aiming to eliminate potential problems before they even surfaced.
