3S Smart Pump Controller Solving Farmers’ Pain Points At Agri Malaysia 2025

The 8th Malaysia International Agriculture Technology Exhibition (Agri Malaysia 2025) was held from 11–13 September 2025 at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC). The 3S brand made a brilliant appearance with its partners, with the3S Smart Pump Controller standing out at the show for its exceptional performance. At the exhibition site, the 3S booth attracted a large crowd. Many visitors stopped to check the displayed pump control panel, and staff patiently explained its advantages of easy operation and accurate data display. Several automatic controllers demonstrated automatic start/stop and flow adjustment functions on site, allowing visitors to directly see the importance of intelligent control in agricultural irrigation. In addition, control boxes with enhanced protection and a variety of controllers were neatly displayed, fully showing 3S's comprehensive product range in the pump control field and providing diversified solutions for different agricultural scenarios.

During the exhibition, the experience of a durian grower from Pahang, Malaysia, vividly proved the practicality of 3S pump control products. He told the 3S team that every rainy season, frequent thunderstorms would damage his equipment, making supporting devices unable to work normally. This further caused water pump failures and irrigation system shutdowns, seriously affecting the growth of his orchard. This problem had troubled his farm for many years.

 

After learning about his situation, the 3S team recommended the 3S Smart Pump Controller on display at the exhibition to him, focusing on its new outdoor lightning protection design. This controller not only has a built-in surge protection function, but its supporting pump control panel and pump control box have also undergone enhanced treatment. They can withstand 8/20 microsecond, 5 kA simulated lightning tests and 4 kV surge tests. At the same time, the controller is equipped with an advanced automatic control module, which can realize automatic irrigation processes. The pump control box has an IP55 dustproof and waterproof rating, which can fully resist the impact of harsh weather and complex environments.

 

After listening to the explanation, the grower personally operated the pump control panel and experienced the automatic control functions. He spoke highly of the product performance, saying that if he had owned such equipment and protective boxes earlier, his irrigation problems would have been solved long ago, and his work would have been much easier. His positive feedback attracted more visitors to experience this "lightning-proof" 3S Smart Pump Controller and its supporting products.
