Core Principle: Start-Stop Logic Driven by Electrical Signals

The core of the intelligent pump controller's operation is essentially to accurately regulate the operating status of the water pump through electrical signals, which is equivalent to installing an "intelligent brain" for the water pump. Its core logic revolves around "circuit on-off": the motor protector box will receive external signals in real-time and decide whether to transmit operating current to the water pump according to the signal instructions.

 

When receiving a "start" command, the internal circuit of the motor protector box closes, and the current reaches the water pump smoothly to drive it to operate; when a "stop" signal is received, the controller quickly cuts off the circuit, and the water pump stops immediately. This automatic start-stop mechanism has completely changed the traditional water pump mode of "manual on-duty and manual operation". The intelligent pump controller not only greatly saves labor costs but also fundamentally avoids water waste caused by forgetting to turn off the pump, making the water pump operate more efficiently and worry-free.

  • The most typical scenario is domestic water tank supply: when the water level sensor detects that the water level in the water tank is lower than the preset threshold, it will immediately transmit the "insufficient water level" signal to the controller. The controller will send a start command directly without manual intervention, allowing the water pump to pump water automatically; when the water level rises to a safe height, the sensor feeds back the signal again, and the controller then cuts off the circuit to avoid water tank overflow. Similarly, in industrial scenarios, if the pressure sensor detects abnormal pipeline pressure, the motor protector box will respond quickly and adjust the pressure by starting or stopping the water pump to ensure system stability.
