It adopts a stainless steel shell + anti-corrosion coating + three-proof PCB, which can resist salt spray, sea breeze, and chemical corrosion, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the water pump system.

Sealing Design: The 3 phase intelligent motor protector box adopts a fully sealed design, with a special-shaped waterproof lock for the lock hole to prevent moisture and corrosive substances from entering.

Dry Running Protection:
When coastal pump stations are affected by tides or pipeline network fluctuations, if the water source at the pump inlet is insufficient or the pipeline network is cut off, the IP55 corrosion-resistant and salt spray-proof intelligent pump control panel automatically shuts down to avoid dry running and motor burnout.
Locked Rotor / Blockage Protection:
River pump stations are often blocked by floating objects or sediment. The controller real-time detects motor locked rotor and shuts down for protection, preventing motor damage due to overload.
Signal Delay Start/Stop (Preventive Type):
In coastal or river environments, water level/pressure signals often have instantaneous fluctuations. The controller can set a 0–120-second delay, and only execute start/stop after the signal is stable, actively avoiding frequent start/stop of the pump due to instantaneous fluctuations.
Frequent Start/Stop Protection (Passive Type):
If the pump has abnormal frequent start/stop, the 3 phase intelligent motor protector box immediately detects and triggers protection, avoiding premature damage to the motor and relay.
Overcurrent / Undercurrent Protection:
When current is abnormal due to corrosion or pipeline abnormalities, it automatically shuts down to protect the motor and pump body.
Overvoltage / Undervoltage Protection:
Copes with lightning strikes, power grid fluctuations, or unstable voltage in long-distance power supply common in coastal areas, ensuring system safety.
Short Circuit Protection:
Prevents equipment damage or safety accidents caused by electrical short circuits.
Signal Loss Protection:
