Enclosure Material

The enclosure is made of high-strength flame-retardant ABS engineering plastic, which is UV-resistant and anti-aging. This material ensures the intelligent pump starter can withstand long-term outdoor exposure.

Panel Sticker:

The panel sticker of the IP65 ABS outdoor smart pump box adopts polycarbonate (PC) material combined with waterproof adhesive bonding technology. It can withstand high humidity or rain in outdoor environments for a long time without peeling off, ensuring clear visibility of panel indicators and operation marks.

Structural Design

The wiring ports of the intelligent pump starter are equipped with waterproof cable glands. These glands ensure no water leakage at the wire inlet and outlet.

A conformal coating process is applied to the PCB, enhancing its resistance to moisture, mildew and salt spray.
