3S-31-PA 3 phase simplex pump intelligent control panel - High Flexibility
The panel can be flexibly configured according to different pump types and application requirements, with optional functions and adjustable operating parameters.
Featuring multiple expansion options and a modular structure, the 3 phase simplex pump intelligent control panel allows pump manufacturers to configure on demand, enabling quick adaptation to different pump types and markets.
1. Optional Start-up Modes: DOL, star-delta, soft start, automatic auto-transformer.
2. Optional Pump Power Control Range: 0.37-500kW
Phase type selectable: Can be configured as either single-phase or three-phase controller. Set via parameter P001: 3P = Three Phase, 1P = Single Phase。
3. Configurable Rated Voltage: Single-phase AC110-250V, three-phase AC220-415V

U03 Manual Setting: Input the pump's rated current directly.
Self-learning Setting: Start the pump via the panel to run for 20 seconds. The 3 phase simplex pump intelligent control panel will automatically record the average value of three-phase current and save it to U03. When learning is successful, the LCD displays "YES"; if the recorded value is lower than 0.5A, it displays "FAIL", and re-learning is allowed.

Remote Control: RS485, IoT, WiFi
Timed Control: Cyclic Timing, 24-hour Timer
Signal Device: Reserved multiple sets of terminals for easy access
6. Optional Application Modes: Configure for water supply or drainage control according to different scenarios. Set the application mode via parameter U01 on the 3 phase simplex pump intelligent control panel:

2 = Water Supply + Float Switch Signal
3 = Water Supply + 2-wire Pressure Switch
4 = Water Supply + 3-wire Electric Contact Pressure Gauge
5 = Water Supply + 2-wire 4-20mA Pressure Sensor
6 = Water Supply + 2-wire 4-20mA Liquid Level Sensor
7 = Water Supply + 3-wire 0-5V Remote Pressure Gauge
8 = Drainage + Electrode Signal
